I wouldn't rule Kate out. This with Owen just came out. When the news first broke, everyone assumed that Chris had cheated on Kate. Same thing with Carmen and Dave. Until I saw the Emmys I would have said Kate Hudson. But Heather's seemingly bizarre looks and behavior pretty much screamed "narcotics" to me.

So when do we find out who it is?

I think the Vicodin one is Locklear and Spade, but this one is Kate Hudson and Chris Robinson. Their split is more recent, she injured herself on a stripper pole a couple of months ago (requring prescription meds?), he was spotted in Denver w/out wedding ring days before the split announcement, I read that he initiated the split, and most recent pix of them together w/their son show her w/wedding band and him without.

haven't heard anything about Valerie Bertinelli in years, so doubt it is her. It could be Carmen-she is hard working and it is now coming out about what a horn-dog Dave is...but my guess is still Heather. By the way do not feel sorry for Denise Richards. Regardless she has no concept on how to be a friend.

I do believe it is Heather. That would explain a lot of comments from all concerned. Heather is not the perfect little hot thing she wants us to think she is. When will we know?

Oh yes Denise has a concept on how to be a friend; she has been friends with Richie for the past 5 years and stood by him when the public turned against him. Heather had already betrayed Denise and Denise could not stand by and watch a really good person get ripped apart the way he was.

Denise and Richie understand eachother's situations. Denise has been there and could not watch someone else go through what she did. In turn, she and Richie fell in love. It wasn't intentional, it just happened as a result of their mutual experiences. Best bit of all is that they clearly want the same things in life and may well end up being a really good solid couple. They have stood by eachother.

so stop knocking Denise. Her loyalty is clearly with Richie...as I said, the 4 of them were friends, not just Heather and Denise; and like with Heather being hooked on drugs, we also do not know why Heather and Denise ended their friendship. Most likely there is a bigger story there and Denise certianly isn't going to cause any more pain for Heather and richie's daughter.

I don't feel sorry for Denise, I feel HAPPY for her. She has landed herself a wonderful man, AND she damn well knows it. HEather's loss, STUPID woman.
